Item is dispatched from Australia, although the item takes approx 5 days to reach your country, your country's customs can take UP TO 6 WEEKS to clear the parcel
PLEASE ALSO NOTE SOME COUNTRIES CHARGE AN IMPORT TAX ON ITEMS - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS COST
Some of our listings have multiple sizing, this means the item is multi-fit (example fits 8/12) not that you can select the size .
Costumes and costume accessories are posted within 1 business day (this excludes week-ends and public holidays), due to the large amount of orders, all other items (including iron on transfers) will be posted within 3 business days, express post items are not an exception.
IRON ON TRANSFERS
All transfers are printed from home using commercial grade transfer paper - some are for white/light fabrics, some for dark - PLEASE READ LISTINGS CAREFULLY to avoid problems.
Paypal is normally instant - PLEASE CHECK TO ENSURE YOU HAVE NOT SENT AN E-CHEQUE PAYMENT as this takes up to 10 days to clear - check your paypal account and make sure it is not "pending".
You can pay via bank deposit, you will need to make your purchase and then contact us using the contact us form and wait for bank details: Attending a Westpac Bank in person is also an instant payment method, online direct deposits take 3-4 working days to clear. Please note I cannot send an item until your payment clears - PLEASE USE YOUR SURNAME AND POSTCODE AS A REFERENCE.
Most of our items are sent using Australia Post, with the occasional courier delivery delivery times vary depending on your location (distance/remoteness etc)
We do offer express post, however we are not liable to check if your postcode qualifies for next day delivery. If unsure, please visit http://auspost.com.au/business/express-post-delivery-network.html. Your item is being shipped from postcode 4020
Please note I do not control delivery times, all trackable items can be tracked using Australia Post's online tracking tool.
Please ensure your address is up to date before completing the purchase, especially your paypal address, you certainly do not want to pay for something someone at your old address will enjoy!

Please understand that because of the nature of some garments there is a no refund policy, an exchange can be arranged provided the item has not been worn or washed and is returned in the original sealed packaging. Please remember all postal charges (initial and subsequent) are your responsibility, and because I do not want you to waste your money this way, please choose carefully from the beginning.
Please read listing carefully, there have been instances where customers have misjudged their size, or not read the listing carefully and ended up with an ill fitting costume and damaged it whilst trying it on.
CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
We are happy to offer an exchange only if the item is faulty. We must be notified within 1 day of the item being received and it must be posted back within 48 hours of receiving the item, UNWORN and UNWASHED with the original packaging. In the event of an exchange, initial and further postal costs will be the buyer's responsibility.
REFUNDS ONLY APPLY TO FAULTY ITEMS.
ALL items are inspected before being sent to ensure they are in top condition, if you choose to return it for a refund and we see that the item has been damaged by you, we will only refund 40% of the item amount you originally paid.
PLEASE NOTE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES APPLY TO CLEARANCE/SALE ITEMS OR "FACTORY SECONDS"
MY ITEM DOES NOT FIT, CAN I RETURN IT?
If a different size is available, yes, otherwise no. PLEASE TAKE CARE WHEN CHOOSING YOUR SIZE. Most of our listings have been measured or checked against an Australian standard size chart (in cms) to give you a clear idea of the size of the item. Some people misjudge their size and this does not qualify for a refund or exchange. If WE made an error in the listing, we will exchange the item with the correct size ~if the item is not in stock a refund will be given.
Sorry we cannot convert australian sizes into your country's relevant sizing. Please search Google for a size converter.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event of an refund or exchange, initial and further postal costs will be the buyer's responsibility. When returning your item, please ensure that it has not been worn nor washed or the exchange will be void and 40% of item amount will automatically be refunded.
MY ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME, CAN I RETURN IT/GET A REFUND?
NO. We post items the same day cleared funds are received - please do not buy at the last minute.. and please CHECK to ensure your payment has cleared (especially if paying via paypal). It is your responsibility to ensure enough time is given for paypal e-cheque or bank deposits to clear. Please remember we give you the option of regular or express post; if you choose express, it is your responsibility to check that your postcode falls within Australia Post's next day delivery network. Please also take into consideration our postage time frame as some items are posted within 3 business days.
